- Conducted over 50 face-to-face interviews with key individuals in the industry.
- Performed detailed analysis and reported findings back to OFT.

- Highlighted many activities taking place which were of great concern to the OFT, which enabled them to take action as desired.
- OFT have since introduced legislation which is designed to make the marketplace safer for the consumer.
