Challenges

  • Needed to understand how to market a new propostition effectively to gain greatest return on investment.
  • Had limited experience in designing, pricing and delivering an effective solution to their potential clients.

 

What we did

  • Commenced a qualitative research programme with key decision makers and influencers within the target market.
  • Carefully selected interviewees to ensure that they were senior enough for decision making but also in tune with the day-to-day operations of their company.
  • Perfromed analysis of results and reported findings back to UKPS.

 

 

 

 

 

Results

The output from the research provided the UKPS with an invaluable steer on how to develop their proposed service.

By speaking in-depth to potential users , we were able to provide vital insight into:

  • How such a service might be executed in practice in branch, by phone etc
  • How it could be costed to make it attractive to buyers yet viable to develop
