Challenges

  • Required review of partner companies to ensure they were offering excellent service to their customers.
  • Needed to review their relationships with their clients and suppliers with the view of delivering a highly productive, customer focused service.

 

What we did

  • Organised staff focus groups with key employees to obtain a view of current relationships.
  • Performed a series of interviews with partners and customers to paint a complete picture of the business.
  • Perfromed analysis of results and reported findings back to Mortgage Express.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Results

  • Identified that the business processes were generally running smoothly.
  • Indicated that some customer groups needed additional support from Mortgage Express.
