The company’s founding Directors and their team have been leaders in CRM for over ten years in terms of people, process and technology management. We’ve also worked with salesforce.com for the last seven years. We bring together our salesforce.com expertise, CRM proficiency, business process re-engineering capabilities, and customer sales and service expertise – to create a powerful combination.
We’ve gone from strength to strength. Doubling in size in the last three years, we now operate out of our offices in the UK and Denmark right across Europe. 2020 is also the only authorised local Danish salesforce.com implementation partner.

javed - consultant
Javed joined 2020 management in February 2010 having come from Landmark training where he was on a course called Biz Academy and he was learning to become a certified Salesforce.com administrator.
During his time at Landmark while he was learning about Salesforce.com, he was part of a week called Biz Academy week which was all courtesy of Salesforce foundation. During Biz week Javed got to learn about how to sell himself and products, he also learned how to build his presentation skills as well as his self confidence. Whilst learning all these things Javed had the chance to go to the Saleforce offices in Central London and Staines, and also went to Salesforce’s partners offices, which were Fujitsu and Lewis PR.

mairtin (consultant): has over 10 years' experience in delivering effective business change as a project manager and business analyst. He is also a certified Salesforce.com administrator.

stephen – SF consultant
Stephen worked at Sesame Financial Services for over 5 years where he started as a customer service adviser and, through promotions, progressed in to being a business analyst. Stephen’s experience of salesforce spans 5 years, single-handedly administering and developing the system for over 350 users. Stephen’s expertise lies in Customer Service and Management Information, though he has worked on numerous implementations to sales, marketing and finance teams/organisations.
Stephen’s particular skills include:

mark crosby – public relations
Mark is a Technology Public Relations specialist, whose reputation is grounded in managing multiple successful PR campaigns from conception, through planning, to execution using online and offline methods.
His attributes and experience include:

- Experience of managing the launches of new and pioneering technologies to the UK market;

Mark has an honours degree in Marketing and Public Relations, he is regularly featured in publications such as PR Week for his approach to Social Media and Public Relations, and was nominated for PR Week’s “Top 29 PR Professionals under 29 - 2009”..

andrew - finance manager
Andrew has an in depth knowledge of financial accounting, from management reporting to the general day to day running of a business financially.
Andrew excels in Credit control and has over 10 years experience in Management and accounting functions. His key skills are that he is extremely organised, self motivated and has a eye for detail.

Francis - consultant is an accomplished Technical Consultant Francis has extensive experience working in a wide range of industries including Government, Telecommunications, Finance, Pharmaceuticals, TV & Media.
From the original dot com boom Francis has been involved with the analysis, design and implementation of online technologies, winning several awards in the process.
An Agile advocate with both PRINCE2 and ScrumMaster certification Francis prides himselfwith consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.

frazer - programme manager
Frazer has spent the past 15 years working as an Information Technology professional for companies across a broad range of industries including Financial Services, Market Research and the Voluntary and Community sector.
Originally trained as a Civil Engineer, Frazer is highly organised and specialises in implementing structured and consistent project processes. With an application development background and many years spent working in a business analyst role, Frazer has a deep understanding of the full end to end project life cycle. He is now focussing on creating and running the Programme Office at 2020 Management with the aim of supporting the business as it continues to grow.

james - consultant
James brings a breadth of valuable professional experience into his role as Salesforce.com Consultant with 2020 Management. In his previous roles he has successfully implemented large scale projects in a number of technologies, working for both software vendors and international blue chip organisations. He has worked with Salesforce for the last two years and joined 2020 to focus exclusively on quality professional service delivery of Salesforce.com. He is a dedicated, motivated member of the team and highly focused on delivering customer success.

kate - consultant
Kate joined 2020 Management as a Consultant in Feb 2010. She has worked in the insurance, financial services and FMCG services and is highly skilled in sales support and business process administration.

rachel - consultant
Rachel is a Certified Salesforce Administrator and has gained experience and knowledge of configuration, data management, user support and training while working within a large international organisation with complex business processes before 2020 management. Having also worked as a singer, she also understands people and has a lot of experience dealing with clients of all levels from user to highest management

Sharon - consultant
Sharon Stevens H R Consultant has worked within the Human Resources field since the early 1990s. She has extensive experience working in both the private and charity sectors aligning H.R. strategy to business objectives.

Gaetan - Consultant
Gaetan joined 2020 as one of our Technical Consultants after studying IT Science and Business Administration in Paris. He is based in our London office and has expertise in building Visualforce pages and Apex coding. He has worked with clients in various industries and countries since joining us.
